Amethyst
Monthly Membership @ $140 per month (1 yr contract)
- ONE, 60min treatment per month
- Add-On’s (15/30/45min) @ 5% off
- Additional treatment per month at 5% off
- One late cancel waived per year
- 5% off all lotions, oils, herbs & supplements in store or online
- Great for patients who come in 1-2x per month.
- Great for patients who want to establish more regularity in their healthcare routines.
- Applies to both Acupuncture and/or Bodywork
Jade
Monthly Membership @ $280 per month (1yr contract)
- TWO, 60min treatments per month
- Add-On’s (15/30/45 min) @ 10% off
- Additional treatments per month at 10% off
- One late cancel waives per year
- 10% off all lotions, oils, herbs & supplements in store and online
- Great for newer acupuncture patients who come in 2-4x per month
- Perfect for patients who want to achieve balance and are dedicated to healing body, mind & spirit
- Applies to both Acupuncture and/or Bodywork
No Shows will lose pre-paid treatment for that month, charged full price if pre-paid tx is already used or session(s) deducted from treatment package. Cancellation policy is 48 hours. Late cancel fee for non-members 50% first late cancel, 100% subsequent late cancels. You can pause your membership for up to 2 months, 1x per year. Reminders will be sent when monthly payment is charged
