Monthly Membership @ $140 per month (1 yr contract)

One late cancel waived per year
10% off all lotions, oils, herbs & supplements in store or online.
Great for patients who want to establish more regularity in their healthcare routines.

No Shows will lose pre-paid treatment for that month, charged full price if pre-paid tx is already used or session(s) deducted from treatment package. Cancellation policy is 48 hours. Late cancel fee for non-members 50% first late cancel, 100% subsequent late cancels. You can pause your membership for up to 2 months, 1x per year. Reminders will be sent when monthly payment is charged. Memberships are not able to be used for special community events or for discounts on community style acupuncture treatments.
