No Shows will lose pre-paid treatment for that month, charged full price if pre-paid tx is already used or session(s) deducted from treatment package. Cancellation policy is 48 hours. Late cancel fee for non-members 50% first late cancel, 100% subsequent late cancels. Memberships are not able to be used for special community events or for discounts on community style acupuncture treatments.
